When validating org credentials for other organization different than the org where Copado is installed, you might be redirected to a page with the message below:

"Please read carefully the message below. You might need to take action in order to solve this problem. Unexpected error: null If you can't solve this problem please contact support@copa.do"

or

"Please read carefully the message below. You might need to take action in order to solve this problem. In order to validate any Org credential, first you will need to create the Org credential for your Copado user. More information: http://docs.copa.do/copado/add-org-credential-for-copado-user If you can't solve this problem please contact support@copa.do"

This error will be displayed if you try to validate org credentials for other organization before creating and validating org credentials for the org where Copado is installed.
In order to validate org credentials for any organization, the user creating the org credentials and clicking in the button "Set OAuth Authentication" must have already and org credentials created and validated for the org where copado is installed.

Let's put as an example with the "User1". If the User1 is receiving the error message when trying to validate org credentials for a sandbox, he will have to create and validate an org credential for his user (User1) in the org where copado is installed (the org where you are creating the records for org credentials). After that, he will be able to validate the org credential for the sandbox and any other org.

Please note the this is NOT a new requirement.
