Could not create connectionsYou might receive email with the message below:
"A task could not be run on Copado. Please carefully review the below information as an action may be required from your end in order to enable the Copado task to complete successfully. Details: Could not create connections".
This might be happening when a scheduled Job cannot login to your Copado instance to retrieve the Job details before its execution or could not login with a Job's related Org Credential.
If this is happening, please check the following:
- Who is the Owner of the record? (Git snapshot, Deployment, etc)
- Is the owner an active Salesforce user? Does the owner have a Copado EE license assigned?
- Does the owner created an Org Credential for their Copado user?
Once all of the above is checked, scheduled jobs should run smoothly.
