Cancelling a deployment

Updated 11 months ago by Iván Minaya

As of version 1.29 of Copado users have the ability to cancel a deployment that is scheduled or deployments that are in progress. Cancelling a deployment in progress will cancel steps that have not yet started. In progress steps will continue to run and completed steps will not be rolled back.

Users upgrading Copado to version 1.27 will need to click on Setup | Create | Deployment | Page Layouts | Edit the page layout | and add the button to the layout and press Save.

The Deployment Status button on the deployment layout will load the real time information of the deployment status.  If a deployment is in progress, a Cancel button will appear at the deployment step level.  Pressing this Cancel button will stop the current deployment in progress.
