Copado Compliance Hub

Copado Compliance Hub is the first Compliance Application for Salesforce Orgs, that allows you to monitor and enforce compliance rules on your business for all metadata changes made in your Environments.

In order to start working with Copado Compliance Hub, you need the following:

  1. Copado V10 or over.
  2. Copado Compliance Hub feature enabled.
  3. Copado Compliance Hub Licenses assigned to your user.

Compliance Rule Groups
Compliance Rule Groups hold the reference to  Compliance Rules and Criteria which are going to be enforced at an Environment level. You can create different Compliance Rule Groups with independent configuration and assign them to separated Environments. 
 
In order to create Compliance Rule Groups follow the next steps:

  1. Open Copado Compliance Hub.
  2. Click on Compliance Rule Groups Tab.
  3. Click on Create New.
  4. Type a Compliance Rule Group Name.
  5. Click Save.

In order to assign Compliance Rules to Compliance Rule Groups follow the next steps:

  1. Open an existing Compliance Rule Group.
  2. From Compliance Rule Group Items related list click New Compliance Rule Group Item.
  3. Click the Compliance Rule Lookup.
  4. Search and select an existing Compliance Rule (you need to have previously created Compliance Rules).
  5. Save.

In order to apply Compliance Rule Groups to an Environment follow the next steps:

  1. Open the Environment.
  2. Click on Edit.
  3. Open Compliance Rule Group Lookup.
  4. Select Compliance Rule Group name.
  5. Add Compliance Scan Events from the Multi-Select Picklist.
  6. Save.
