Copado Compliance Hub

Copado Compliance Hub is the first Compliance Application for Salesforce Org, that allows you to monitor and enforce compliance rules on your business for all metadata changes made in your Environments.

In order to start working with Copado Compliance Hub, You require the following:
  1. Copado V10 or over.
  2. Copado Compliance Hub feature enabled.
  3. Copado Compliance Hub Licenses assigned to user.

Compliance Settings
Compliance Settings hold the reference to  Compliance Rules and Criteria's that are going to be enforced at an Environment level. You can create different Compliance Settings  with independent configuration and assign it to separated Environments. 
 
In order to Create Compliance Settings follow the next steps:
  1. Open Copado Compliance Hub.
  2. Click on Compliance Settings Tab.
  3. Click on Create New.
  4. Type a a Compliance Settings Name.
  5. Click Save.
In order to assign Compliance Rules to Compliance Settings follow the next step:
  1. Open and existing Compliance Settings.
  2. From Compliance Setting Rules related list click New.
  3. Click the Compliance Rule Lookup.
  4. Search and select an existing Compliance Rule (You need to have previously created Compliance Rules).
  5. Save.
In order to apply Compliance Settings to an Environment follow the next steps:
  1. Open the Environment.
  2. Click on edit.
  3. Open Compliance Setting Lookup.
  4. Select Compliance Setting name.
  5. Add Compliance Scan Events from the Multi-Select Picklist.
  6. Save.
